We prepare everything on site from the finest ingredients available. We source seasonal, best of British, local produce – never compromising on quality. An example of the quality of our suppliers is Aubrey Allen, who have won the title of Butcher of the Year on numerous occasions, and are currently Ethical Butcher of the year.
We also use renowned ice-cream makers, Joe Deluccis, and Fowlers, the oldest cheese makers in Britain who are situated just around the corner in the village of Earlswood. Please ask us if you would like any more information on the source of your delicious food.
